The two carriers are almost identical, with one big difference: you can remove the shoulder straps on one of the carriers. Once you’ve removed the shoulder straps, you can easily attach this carrier to the shoulder straps of the other carrier.

How to use the Tandem Carrier?
The Tandem Carrier is a combination of the following 3 products and will be delivered as a single package with instructions:
- 1 x pair of clips to connect the two individual carriers
- 2 individual carriers, Carrier I and Carrier II.
BabyCarrier I – standard Minimonkey Carrier with fixed shoulder straps. When baby is carried tandem, this carrier is worn on the back. On the shoulder straps there is an attachment for the clips.
Babycarrier II – with removable shoulder straps. When tandem baby is carried, the shoulder straps are removed and the front panel is attached to the shoulder straps of Carrier I. Carrier II is worn in front.
Although both carriers are suitable for carrying newborn babies, it is recommended that you only use it as a TANDEM carrier, when the baby can sit independently on its back.

The harness can be divided into 2 harnesses and can therefore be used from newborn.
If a baby has to sit on their back, the harness can only be used when the baby can sit up on their own.
